The weight loss journey has been an enriching and a desirable one indeed. While it has allowed to me achieve my body goals, it has also taught me an important lesson on healthy living- one that I’ll never forget from here on.
I was able to lose 12kg, not by starving, but by making the right food options and exercising regularly. In fact, systematic diet allowed me to stay full yet guilt- free of gaining weight. Losing weight has always been a tough task for me.
