I was diagnosed as pre diabetic about 4 years ago and was trying to maintain the same level since then. When I did my full body check up and some blood work in early 2023, I was suggested by my provider to reduce more weight and suggested limited list of food items I could only eat including no rice, no grains, no fruits and strictly no sweets at all. My body weight further came down to 68.

At this time, I wasn’t sure what to eat and what not to eat. I was even scared to eat extra bite even if I am starving. At this point, I already have quit all fruits, grains and rice per suggestions from my doctor. All I was having was cauliflower rice and bajra roti along with my meal. I wasn’t happy with my meals plus also felt lots of tiredness and no energy or motivation for workout either.

I was working out and controlling my diet after my delivery but it didn’t seem to work. Meenu was referred to me by a friend and I am glad that I reached out to her.

I lost 8 kilos after following Meenu’s diet and work out plan. The plan was very comfortable to start with and it gradually led to a lifestyle change which accelerated within few months. Hello, in 2023 March my HBA1C was 8.1. I decided to have a consultation with Meenu . She immediately gave me a zoom appointment. I took a 6 months program with her. She put me on to Dt. Shampa who was very regular in what’s app with me.

I had heard about Food and Wellness from a dear friend of mine and was inclined to step up and take this challenge of reversing my diabetes. With the help and guidance of Dr Meenu Agrawal I was able to get my sugar levels reduce from 6.6 to 5.3 hb1c within a span of 4 months.
