I discontinued my diabetic medicine after seeing HBA1C at 5.2, and also BP medications, was beyond imagination this about a year back. Thank you so much Meenu for this transformation which was impossible without your guidance and support.
This journey started in February 2019 with the realization that I need to do something about my health or start paying huge sums of hard earned money on medical insurance, medicines and sign up for many self-created complications.
In March ’19, we met a wonderful guide who not only is a wonderful person but a friend, mentor as well – @ Meenu Agarwal. She helped us channelize this realization and walked along with us in the journey.
The results are for all to see. I feel so refreshed, energetic and above all Healthy .

Post-partum weight loss
I was working out and controlling my diet after my delivery but it didn’t seem to work. Meenu was referred to me by a friend and I am glad that I reached out to her.
I lost 8 kilos after following Meenu’s diet and work out plan. The plan was very comfortable to start with and it gradually led to a lifestyle change which accelerated within few months. Dream come true!
It has been 6yrs that i have tried multiple diets, weight loss programs, yoga, etc in the hopes of losing weight. However, the results have always been short term. Exercising without proper diet took me nowhere. Finally i gave up on weight loss efforts, until a health scare one day made me realise the importance of weight control. That is when my sister suggested to contact Meenu as she and i both were in Singapore. I have always wanted a nutritionist i can connect to in person. Meeting Meenu itself gave me an assurance that i am in the right hands!

Meenu is really good at her craft. She is very knowledgeable and provides multiple alternatives to choose from. Having dealt with weight issues for as long as iIcould remember, Ihad almost given up hope about loosing weight. Dropping the kilos was always a challenge despite eating consciously and working out 3-4 times a week.
Meenu’s program is a very healthy way of loosing weight. It moved me away from processed protein shakes to more healthy alternative. I eat lot of fruits and vegetables now . Also, it is a balanced diet approach and hence a more sustainable way to continue to maintain your weight.
