- 50g paneer (cottage cheese), diced
- 1 whole wheat roti
- 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots, and your choice)
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/8 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
