I was diagnosed with post-infection IBS. After blindly following the doctor’s fodmap diet charts handed over to me, I was completely off our Indian staple diet. Being a vegetarian was another challenge to follow this diet. Joining your 16-week plan gave me a much-needed depth of knowledge about my condition and how food alone can help me repair our gut. The wait was long, and one needed to keep patience. That’s the key! I had a lot of bumps on my way but I can say that I am in a much better condition now and the tolerance power of my gut has certainly improved from what it was. months back .1 have a much bigger palate of food to choose from and learn how to manage my condition.
