I was diagnosed as pre diabetic about 4 years ago and was trying to maintain the same level since then. When I did my full body check up and some blood work in early 2023, I was suggested by my provider to reduce more weight and suggested limited list of food items I could only eat including no rice, no grains, no fruits and strictly no sweets at all. My body weight further came down to 68.
At this time, I wasn’t sure what to eat and what not to eat. I was even scared to eat extra bite even if I am starving. At this point, I already have quit all fruits, grains and rice per suggestions from my doctor. All I was having was cauliflower rice and bajra roti along with my meal. I wasn’t happy with my meals plus also felt lots of tiredness and no energy or motivation for workout either.
I then contacted Meenu, who I have been following through social media past few years as suggested by one of my friends long ago. I thought to give it a try. Setup consultation with Meenu on one on one. During my initial consultation, I shared my blood work and other reports plus my daily routine and food habits.
I was then suggested to enroll in 3 months program where they will work closely with me in regards to my diet and food intake.
I am so grateful and thankful to Meenu and Sanjana who guided me with each and every meal i had. Because of their guidance and help, I now feel more energetic with each meal I take. My daily water intake has gone up as well. And now I feel healthy, productive and full of energy. I have also gain some muscles as well plus look more fit and active. And not to mention, I am no longer Pre Diabetic either. I don’t crave for sugar any more.
