I had heard about Food and Wellness from a dear friend of mine and was inclined to step up and take this challenge of reversing my diabetes. With the help and guidance of Dr Meenu Agrawal I was able to get my sugar levels reduce from 6.6 to 5.3 hb1c within a span of 4 months. In this journey I was trained to opt for smaller lifestyle changes like walking 10k steps, follow functional workouts and switch to lighter yet filling food menu. These changes when done on a regular basis resulted in a huge impact which one can only feel. The best part was where Meenu understood what my preferences are and adjusted the diet according to that so that the shift remains sustainable and enjoyable over a long term period.
