Description

A chilled mango oats smoothie made with natural ingredients and no added sugar. This creamy, refreshing drink is rich in fiber and protein, making it a nourishing and satisfying option any time of the day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (soaked for 1015 mins)
  • 150g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 23 ice cubes
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
