Moong bean Hummus


Description

Our Moong Bean Hummus is the perfect plant-based dip, made from green moong beans and a blend of spices, providing a healthy, protein-rich alternative to traditional hummus spreads.

Ingredients

  • Cooked moong/ mung beans 1 cup,
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp,
  • Coriander leaves, 2 tbs roughly chopped,
  • Lemon juice (1 tsp)
  • Tahini (2 tsp)
  • Extra virgin olive oil(1 tbsp)
  • A pinch of turmeric- for colour
  • Salt and pepper- to taste

Instructions

  •  Place the moong, garlic, Coriander, tahini and turmeric in to a food processor. Blend it all together until every thing combines in to a rough-looking dip
  • Transfer in to bowl, add olive oil in a thin stream through the top.
  • Blend until silky smooth. Add pepper and salt to taste
