I signed up with Meenu in July of 2018.
From the very first consultation Meenu made me comfortable with her calm and confident manner.
After working out a diet plan she advised me to simply go through it for a week so that we could revise it based on my likes, dislikes and limitations. That was, in my opinion, a very important step. It gave me time to slowly ready the mind to accept the diet. Meenu revised the diet plan to incorporate not just mine but also the daily schedule of the family. At no point did I starve, felt deprived or find the diet difficult to manage.
I put the plan into action from August 2018.
Along with the diet I followed a walking routine I upped my walking to 10km/ day.
I lost about 8-9kgs from Aug to Oct and 13kgs by end of January 19.
Meenu supported me and was responsive to all my messages and question and encouraged me on days when my weight didn’t move. She explained how to manage the diet if some day didn’t go as planned. That was the best learning which helped me to remain on track.
