Ingredients
  1. Curd: 500g
  2. Carrots (finely chopped) 50g
  3. Cucumber(finely chopped) 100g
  4. Onion(finely chopped) 50g
  5. Tomatoes(deseeded and finely chopped) 100g
  6. Coriander leaves(finely chopped) 20g
  7. Green chili (finely chopped) 1pc
  8. Roasted cumin seed powder 10g
  9. Red chili powder 1/2tsp
  10. Rock salt 1/2tsp
  11. Sugar 1/2tsp
  12. Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. 1. Whisk curd.
  2. 2. Add sugar, roasted cumin seed powder, salt, rock salt and chili powder.
  3. 3. Add chopped vegetables to it.
  4. 4. Adjust the consistency by adding some water if required.
  5. 5. Mix well. Serve chilled.
