Ingredients
  1. Bell peppers(mix of red, green and yellow)(cut in small squares): 200g
  2. Broccoli small florets(blanched): 100g
  3. Mushrooms(thick slices) : 100g
  4. French beans(1” pieces)(blanched): 100g
  5. Tofu or Cottage cheese cubes: 200g
  6. Corn: 50g
  7. Onion (thinly sliced): 30g(1 medium size)
  8. Garlic: 5-6 cloves(finely chopped)
  9. Green/Red Chili: 1pc (Finely chopped)
  10. White sesame seeds(roasted): 1tbsp
  11. Cooking oil: 1-2tbsp
  12. Salt and black pepper crushed: to taste
  13. Oregano (dried): 1-2tsp
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. 2. Add garlic and chili, sauté. Add broccoli, french beans, corn and again sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add Tofu or cottage cheese and sauté for another 1-2minutes.
  4. 4. Add salt, freshly crushed black pepper and oregano.
  5. 5. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top.
