Ingredients
  1. Quinoa Pasta: 200g
  2. French Beans: 50g
  3. Cherry tomatoes:18pcs
  4. Broccoli: 200g
  5. Garlic cloves: 3-4
  6. Olive oil: 10ml
  7. Chili flakes to taste
  8. Black pepper
  9. Oregano to taste.
  10. Parsley (Chopped 1-2tbsp)
  11. Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Boil pasta till al dente. Strain.
  2. Heat pan, add oil and heat.
  3. Add chopped garlic, sauté, add French beans, broccoli sauté till these are partially cooked.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, sauté, add salt, freshly crushed black pepper.
  5. Add Pasta, mix well. Adjust salt.
  6. Turn off the heat. Add chili flakes to taste, dried oregano.
  7. Garnish with chopped Parsley.
