Ingredients
  1. Curd:500g
  2. Pomegranate pearls 200g
  3. Roasted cumin seed powder:10g
  4. Curry leaves:7-8pcs
  5. Dry Red chili: 1pc
  6. Oil:1tsp
  7. Mustard seeds: 1tsp
  8. Hing: 1/4 tsp
  9. Sugar: 2tsp
  10. Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. 1. Whisk curd. Add roasted cumin seed powder, Sugar, Salt and mix well.
  2. 2. Wash pomegranate pearls. Add to the curd mixture.
  3. 3. Heat oil in small pan, add mustard seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  4. 4. Add curry leaves, Red chilli, and stir them for few seconds. Add hing and immediately transfer this to the raita mixture.
  5. 5. Mix well and serve.
